An invaluable resource for a wide range of SmartBoard and Notebook Problems is found by opening the Notebook Software, going to the Gallery Tab, choosing Online Resources, and directing yourself to Smart Exchange (popular site for Notebook lessons).  The top menu has a CONNECT WITH TEACHERS tab.  This is a forum for users.  You do not need to join to use the forum.  Go into it, find a forum that is appropriate for your problem, and enter into the SEARCH CONVERSATIONS.
